If you have a payment method already on file, then you can toggle on/off your auto recharge option in your account settings at any time. If you do not have a payment method on file, you can add one in your settings by selecting the payment method button. See this article if you need help.
To turn off/on auto recharge, follow the steps below:
Go to your account tab on the left menu navigation.
You can see all options for your account on the left and your users on the right. On the left, you'll see the toggle button for Auto Recharge.
Toggle on if you would like your account to recharge automatically when funds run low, or toggle off if you prefer to recharge your account manually.
4. Make sure to set your auto recharge amount if you choose to toggle on auto recharge. The options are $50 as needed or our discounted bulk option of $450 which loads your account with $500, giving you $50 off. Make sure to save your choice.
If you have auto recharge turned on, your account will recharge with the chosen amount once your account funds drop below $25.
For accounts that regularly send campaigns to 1,000 or more contacts, we recommend choosing the bulk option for your auto recharge amount so that you receive the discount.
Please note, when you toggle auto recharge OFF - if your account is out of funds prior to midnight before a scheduled or recurring campaign is supposed to run you will receive an email alerting you to manually recharge your account so that your campaign can go out as scheduled. If your account runs out of credits after midnight before that campaign is supposed to run that day, an email alert will not be sent, and it is possible your campaign may not run. If your campaign does not run as expected, you will receive an emailed alert when the campaign fails.
