Workflows and Keywords: Keywords are the words or phrases used to trigger a Workflow. For example, texting the Keyword Rally to 24365 will trigger the associated workflow assigned to the Keyword. You can view all of our articles related to Workflows here.

​Campaigns: Depending on your account level (Essential or higher). You may have access to Campaigns. Campaigns allow you to send outbound messages to a group of contacts. You can view all of our articles related to Campaigns here.

Contacts: Contacts contain all of the phone numbers that have been added to your account in one combined view. This includes any phone numbers that have texted a keyword or have been uploaded from an external source such as a .CSV file. You can view all of your articles related to Contacts here.

Campaigns vs. Workflows: The main difference between Campaigns and Workflows are that Workflows are reliant on people triggering your Workflow such as by texting your Keyword. With Campaigns, you can add contacts from multiple sources including a .csv file, and send outbound messages at the time of your choosing. *All plan levels come with access to Workflows but only Essential and higher plans have access to Campaigns.

Prompts: Workflows can be configured with a set of Prompts. Prompts are the messages that are sent by The Rally Platform when people text into your workflow. Prompts are intended to elicit a response. For example: What is your name?

Final Response: The Final Response is the last prompt in a Workflow. Such as a thank you message. You can also include links to websites in your Final Response.

Dashboard: The dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in to https://platform.rallycorp.com It is where you can see important information about what is happening in your account.

​Profile: Your Profile is where you can update your password and certain account settings specific to you.

Users: Users are the people that have access to your Rally Platform account.

Phone Numbers: Depending on your account level you may have your own dedicated Toll Free phone number(s).
