On the left menu navigation, choose Account. From there you will see your account balance as well as other important information. Then you will want to select "Payment Method".
If you do not have a payment method saved, you can toggle the tabs between Credit Card and Bank Account, depending on your preference for payment. You then insert the correct information and make sure to select save.
If you have already saved a payment method previously and would like to change your payment method, delete your current saved method first and then you'll be able to fill out the form for your new payment method.
*To ensure uninterrupted access to the RallyCorp platform, a valid payment method (ACH or credit card) must be saved on your account. Checks and other custom payment options are generally not accepted, except in rare cases for enterprise customers with special contracts. If no payment method is on file, or if the existing method is invalid or expired for too long, the system will automatically lock users out until a new active payment method is provided.
