To start using ACH payments for your transactions with Rally Corp, you need to verify your bank account with Stripe. This process ensures that your payments are secure and that funds can be transferred directly from your bank account.
Follow these steps to verify your account for ACH payment:
Step 1: Begin the ACH Setup
Log in to Your Rally Corp Account.
Access your Admin settings in the platform by logging in with your credentials.Navigate to the Payment Settings.
Click on the "Account" tab in your Admin settings and select "Add/View Payment Methods."Choose ACH as Your Payment Method.
Under the "Add Payment Method" section, select "Bank Account."Enter Your Bank Details.
You’ll be prompted to enter your bank account details. Ensure that the information is accurate and matches your bank records.
Step 2: Complete the Six-Digit Code Verification
Wait for the Verification Code.
Stripe will send a verification code to your bank account, which will appear on your bank statement. This code usually appears within 1-2 business days.Check Your Bank Statement.
Look for a transaction labeled similar to "ACCTVERIFY" followed by a six-digit code (e.g., "SM4Y9B"). This code is the key to verifying your account.Log Back into Your Rally Corp Account.
Return to your Rally Corp dashboard and go back to the "Payment Methods" section.Enter the Verification Code.
You’ll be prompted to enter the six-digit code from your bank statement. Input the code exactly as it appears.Confirm Your Bank Account.
Click "Submit" to confirm. If the code matches, your bank account will be successfully verified.
Step 3: Start Using ACH Payments
Once your account is verified, you can start using ACH payments for your transactions. ACH payments are a secure and cost-effective way to handle payments, providing convenience and reliability for both you and your customers.
*To ensure uninterrupted access to the RallyCorp platform, a valid payment method (ACH or credit card) must be saved on your account. Checks and other custom payment options are generally not accepted, except in rare cases for enterprise customers with special contracts. If no payment method is on file, or if the existing method is invalid or expired for too long, the system will automatically lock users out until a new active payment method is provided.
