View billing history, manage payments, and download receipts anytime.

You can find your billing history as well as manage your payment method and recharge your account all in the account tab on the left menu navigation.

Click the Account Tab.

Next click billing history as shown below. You should be automatically logged in if accessing via the platform, regardless of who the main billing contact is.

If your billing or accounting department needs access to your billing history but does not have a user in the platform, no problem! Follow the guidelines below for access.

Your account's billing contact can view and download your account receipts anytime by visiting: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/dR64ifciu9brao87ss.

Note: You can only access the portal with the correct billing contact email.

*To ensure uninterrupted access to the RallyCorp platform, a valid payment method (ACH or credit card) must be saved on your account. Checks and other custom payment options are generally not accepted, except in rare cases for enterprise customers with special contracts. If no payment method is on file, or if the existing method is invalid or has expired for too long, the system will automatically lock users out until a new active payment method is provided.
