How to Change Your Password

Learn how to change your password from within your Rally Corp account or reset it if you're locked out.

It is important to keep your account secure. When signed in, you can easily update your password from your profile settings.

If you haven’t signed in for more than 90 days, your account may be temporarily locked depending on your organization's security settings. You may also be prompted to enter a code sent via email or text as part of two-factor authentication (2FA) or an OTP (one-time passcode).

To update your password:

  1. Click your name in the top-left corner, just above the main menu.

  2. Select Profile from the dropdown.

  3. On the Profile page, click Edit in the top-right corner.

  4. Click the Change Password button at the bottom.

  5. Enter your current password and your new password.

  6. Click Save to confirm the update.

If you forgot your password and can't sign in, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. For more on how this works, read the article "Forgot Your Password? Here’s How to Reset It" here.

If you don’t see the password reset email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
