What Counts as Urgent?
We treat an issue as urgent if:
Messages are failing to send or deliver
You're unable to log in or access the platform
A live campaign or event is broken due to a Rally-related issue
You’re truly stuck or overwhelmed and need someone in your corner
We put people first—and we take your faith in us seriously. If you’re in a tough spot, we’re here to help. You are never alone.
If your situation feels urgent, please contact us through RallyBot, email us with “URGENT” in the subject, and follow up with a call or text if needed.
Plan Ahead When You Can
If you’re preparing for a major campaign, event, or fundraising push, please reach out during business hours. We’ll help you test, prepare, and launch with confidence.
But we also know things don’t always go according to plan. So if something breaks or you hit a wall after hours, reach out—we’ve got you.
