At Rally Corp, our plans include monthly or annual options with built-in message credits. Here's a quick overview to help you understand how credits work and what you can expect based on your subscription.

Rally Corp offers three main subscription tiers†, each with a set number of included text messages (account credits) per billing cycle:

1. Starter Plan

  • Monthly Billing: $39 per user/month, includes 500 free texts/month.

  • Annual Billing: $29 per user/month (billed annually), includes 6,000 free texts/year.

2. Growth Plan

  • Monthly Billing: $79 per user/month, includes 1,500 free texts/month.

  • Annual Billing: $59 per user/month (billed annually), includes 18,000 free texts/year.

3. Enterprise Plan

  • Custom Pricing: Tailored for large organizations with higher messaging needs. Includes all Growth features plus additional services like dedicated short codes, data services, and API access.


Understanding Credits

In Rally Corp's system, "credits" refer to the number of messages you can send. Each SMS or MMS message consumes a certain number of credits, depending on its type and length.

  • SMS (up to 160 characters): Typically consumes 1 credit.

  • MMS (up to 1,600 characters or includes media): May consume more credits due to larger size.

If you exceed your plan's included messages, you can purchase additional credits:

  • Pay-As-You-Go: Add funds to your account as needed. For example, $50 provides 1,000 additional messages.

  • Pre-Purchased Credits: Buy in bulk for potential savings.

Notably, pre-purchased credits never expire, allowing flexibility in usage over time.


Credit Rollover Policy

  • Monthly Plan Credits: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

  • Annual Plan Credits: Unused credits expire at the end of the annual term.

  • Pre-Purchased Credits: These credits do not expire and remain available until used.

  • Universal Shortcode Access (24365): $50/month per keyword.

  • Dedicated Shortcode: Starting at $500+.

  • Salesforce Integration: Starting at $75/mo

  • 1:1 VIP Training: $250 for personalized onboarding and strategy sessions.

Do credits roll over from month to month?

Yes and no—here’s how it works:

  • Plan Credits (included in your monthly or annual subscription) expire at the end of each billing term and renew at the start of the next term—that’s either the first of the next month or your annual renewal date, depending on your plan.

  • Pre-Purchased Credits (added manually or via pay-as-you-go) never expire. They're yours until used, regardless of your billing cycle.

So yes, the free credits included in your plan do not roll over, but the ones you purchase separately do.

Can I Get New Customer Pricing If I’m Already on a Plan?

We’re grateful for your continued partnership and want to make sure you always feel valued. While new promotions are typically designed for new accounts or specific campaigns, we’re happy to review your current plan to see how we can better align it with your goals. In some cases, we can offer loyalty pricing, optimize your usage, or apply credits when switching to an annual plan or bundling services.

And that works both ways—as a courtesy, we do not increase pricing for existing customers when rates change. You’re locked into the plan you signed up for unless you choose to upgrade or switch.
