At Rally Corp, sometimes we release features in beta before they are generally available. This means:
Small group of users – Fewer than 100 customers are invited to use the feature.
Lower message volume – The feature is tested under 100,000 sends while we monitor performance.
Active collaboration – Our team works closely with these early users to shape how the product works, gather feedback, and make improvements.
Think of beta like a test drive. The product works, but we’re still polishing it to make sure it meets your needs before rolling it out to everyone.
If you’re using a beta feature, you can expect:
Early access to new tools.
A chance to influence how they are designed.
Occasional changes or updates as we refine things.
Once a feature is stable and ready for larger-scale use, we remove the beta label and make it available to all customers based on their plan level.
