Video Tutorial

Here are the step-by-step instructions to get to this information.

Step 1: Select Workflows from the side menu

This will bring up a list of all active and archived workflows, including those triggered by keywords, forms, NFC (tap-to-give), or QR codes.

Step 2: Click View next to the workflow you’d like to export data from

This opens the workflow summary. From here, you can preview the messages and logic configured in this specific automation.

Step 3: Click the Conversations tab

This view shows:

  • Phone number of each participant

  • Date and time of the first message (i.e., when the contact signed up or triggered the workflow)

  • Most recent message sent or received

  • Progress through the workflow (e.g., if they completed or abandoned a prompt)

If the workflow includes multiple steps or prompts, you’ll also see how far each person progressed before stopping or replying.

Step 4: Click Export

This will generate an Excel (.xlsx) file and queue it for download. The file includes:

  • One tab per saved version of your workflow (if you’ve made changes over time)

  • A row for each contact who engaged with the workflow

  • Standard columns including:

    • Phone Number

    • Date/Time Triggered

    • Message Sent

    • Last Reply

    • Workflow Version

For Prompt-Based Workflows

Each prompt you’ve configured (e.g., “What’s your name?” or “How much would you like to give?”) will appear as its own column in the spreadsheet.

The headings reflect your prompt titles or labels, so you can easily see how each contact responded to each step in the workflow.

Example columns might include:

  • First Name

  • Email Address

  • Donation Amount

  • Zip Code

If a contact dropped off before completing a prompt, that column will be blank for their row.

Pro Tip: You can also click any contact’s phone number in the conversation tab to open their profile and see their full message history across all workflows and campaigns.
