While the Rally Platform will automatically Opt-Out/Unsubscribe anyone who replies with the word STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE you will need to manually Opt-out contacts who reply with another Opt-out request. To manually Opt-out a contact follow the steps described below.

Step 1: Open the contact response by selecting the reply button. This can be done from anywhere the Reply button is present.

​Step 2 (Optional):

Reply with a message confirming that you will be honoring their Opt-out request. If you would like to give your contact a way to opt back into receiving messages in the future you can instruct them to reply with the keyword START

Step 3: Select the Manual Opt-Out button

​Last Step: Confirm Opt-out. This cannot be undone, once a Contact is Opted-Out your account will be prevented from sending or receiving messages from them unless they reply with the keyword START
