If you are using your Workflow for Text-2-Donate we recommend keeping Prompts to a minimum and primarily utilizing only the Final Response message. Here is what an example Text-2-Donate Workflow looks like.

With this example when someone texts your Keyword they will immediately be sent a message containing your donation link.

At any time you can update your message or donation link by Unpublishing your Workflow and selecting edit next to the Final Response. Just be sure to Publish the Workflow once you are done making your edits.
