When you first sign in to https://platform.rallycorp.com you will be presented with your dashboard. Your Dashboard contains your Workflow Inbox and if your plan supports it your Campaign Inbox.

The first time you Sign into your account your Inboxes will be empty. Once people start texting your Keyword or responding to your Campaigns they will start to show up in your Dashboard.

You can view and reply to people directly from the Dashboard by selecting Reply.
