We’re excited to announce a new direct integration between Rally and HubSpot. This powerful connection lets you sync contacts, enrich data, and manage campaigns more efficiently—right from inside the Rally platform.
Where to Find It
You’ll find the HubSpot integration under Admin → Apps in your Rally dashboard. From there, you can connect to your HubSpot account in just a few clicks.
What It Does
Once connected, Rally pulls your HubSpot contacts—including phone number, name, and email—directly into the platform. Each record includes a direct link back to the contact in HubSpot so your team can stay aligned.
But it doesn’t stop there.
If contact data is missing or incomplete, you can use our data enrichment feature to fill in the gaps. For example:
Carrier lookup: Identify which carrier the number belongs to (e.g., AT&T Wireless).
Address and name enrichment: Pull available street address and full name from trusted third-party databases.
This is especially useful if you’re collecting partial data via forms, QR codes, or inbound texts.
How to Use It
Go to Admin → Apps and click on HubSpot.
Connect your HubSpot account and authorize Rally.
Your HubSpot contacts will now appear under Contacts in Rally.
Use the Enrich button on any contact to pull additional data.
Set up your campaigns and start sending personalized messages with confidence.
You can also push enriched contact records back to HubSpot to keep everything in sync.
Real-World Use Case
We use HubSpot ourselves here at Rally. In our own account, 32,000+ contacts came over from HubSpot with full phone numbers and emails. From there, we enriched the data—pulling in addresses, updated names, and carrier info—to build more complete records and launch more effective campaigns.
