✅ What You’ll Need
For your form to trigger a text message, three things must be correctly set up:
A published workflow with a keyword
A verified platform number (local, toll-free, or shortcode)
A form on Rally.so connected to that same keyword and number
If any of those aren’t properly linked, the workflow message won’t send.
🧩 Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Set Up Your Workflow in the Rally Platform
Go to the Workflows tab
Create or edit a workflow (read this article if you need help setting one up)
Assign a keyword (e.g., FORM, GIVE, UPDATES, NEWSLETTER)
Add prompts (optional) and a final response message — this is what gets sent to the contact (after the prompts, when included)
Make sure the workflow is published
Ensure it's assigned to a verified platform number
(Check the status in your Rally dashboard — verified numbers show a checkmark and green “verified” label)
✅ Only published workflows tied to verified platform numbers will work.
Step 2: Create Your Form on Rally.so
Log in to your Rally.so account
Click Contact Form or Pop-Up Form
Under Settings, select:
The platform number used in your published workflow
The keyword assigned to that workflow
🧠 This step connects your form to the automation. If the keyword or number don’t match exactly—or the number isn’t verified—the message won’t send.
Step 3: Customize & Publish the Form
Add fields like name, email, and phone number
Use the preview pane to see updates in real time

Hosted share link (hosted by Rally)
