There are two methods for replying to Campaign Responses, the first is from the Campaign Inbox which is located on your Dashboard. The second is from the Campaign itself.

To see and respond to all responses from all campaigns you can use the Campaign Inbox which is located in the Dashboard. New responses will be bold.

You can also reply from an individual Campaign. To do so select Campaigns from the navigation then open the Campaign you would like to reply to. Once you have the Campaign open select the Replied filter and then select Reply next to the Responses you would like to reply to.

One important note, in order for new replies to show up you will need to refresh your browser.
